Greetings Oklahoma Swimming Member,
You will find attached several files detailing new policies and
revisions to policies for OK Swimming that the voting delegates at
the Spring OKS House of Delegates authorized to become effective in
2010. Many of these files define opportunities for the athletes of
your specific club, and the coach(es) of your club to receive
financial assistance from Oklahoma Swimming. Also included
are the various forms required for submission for reimbursement
from OKS. Please follow the instructions for each reimbursement
request as they are outlined on those specific forms. All required
information must be supplied with your reimbursement request.
**** Due to the time period that has lapsed since the
approval of these policies and their final formatting, revision and
distribution to you OKS will back up the request submission
deadline period to April 11, 2010 for this submission period only.
This extension applies to requests that would have not been
accepted that exceed the 40 day submission period. Beginning with
the distribution of this announcement all reimbursement requests
will need to meet the revised policies for each form. The
electronic date stamp of distribution is the official date of
distribution for all these files.
In addition, you will find attached announcement flyers for the
Oklahoma Swimming championship meets as well as the Central Zone
Championship Meets ( 14-Under Age Group Championship and the Sr.
Championship Meet ).
