This will serve as notice of the next OKS House of Delegates Meeting to be held October 13th in Tulsa. The meeting will be held immediately following the ST meet at a place and time TBA. Any items that you would like submitted for agenda items should be sent to me via email or at the address below. These items must be received by Thursday, September 13th.

At the October House of Delegates meeting we will also be voting for new members to the Board. The positions open are Finance Vice Chair, Program Operations Vice Chair, Treasurer, and Secretary. Our nominating committee is working on a list of candidates that will be presented but names from the floor will also be accepted.

In addition we will be taking bids for the 2008-2009 season including AG, Div II, and East/West. Please submit your bids for these meets by September 15 for these meets.
